Our AI search lets you describe what you're looking for in natural language — "something I'd wear in Sardinia" or "linen, minimal, beach to dinner" — and returns the pieces that best match your intention. The more specific you are, the better the results.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status at any time in your account under Orders.

We offer 14-day returns on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, use the Request a Return link in your account or contact us at info@ladiesse.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Yes — we ship to the US, Mexico, Canada, London, and Europe. Free shipping on all orders over $190 within the US. International rates from $15.99. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Each product page includes a size guide link. Our brands are sourced globally so sizing can vary — we always recommend checking the specific size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, our team can advise via info@ladiesse.com.

Every brand on Ladiesse is personally selected by Ipek Ersoy Gelgin, our co-founder and creative director. We review every brand against our curation criteria: craft quality, creative vision, ethical production, and alignment with the Ladiesse aesthetic.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of placing them. Contact us immediately at info@ladiesse.com with your order number. After that window, the order will have entered fulfillment and cannot be changed.

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your full card details. Ladiesse accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
