Our Organic Ayvalık Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

It is obtained by cold pressing method from olives collected from our garden in Ayvalık / Turkey. All necessary precautions have been taken to preserve the polyphenol value. It has not undergone any heat treatment. Its acidity is 0.5%.  

Tasting Notes: Cress, arugula, tomato leaves, fresh walnuts, fresh almonds.

In order for your olive oil to preserve its flavor for a longer period of time, we recommend that you keep it in a dark glass bottle and on shelves away from moisture and sun.
